5 Casa Volantin is a treasure!

5 When we arrived at Casa Volantin, my friends and me were enchanted by this large house with a very family atmosphere. Immediately Mabel and Emilio put us at ease by their great sympathy and their generosity. The rooms are super comfortable, a kitchen is free. There is all that it is necessary to prepare a good cooking. One day, with the menu it was fish in "papillotte," spinach, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin cream. the evening, aperitif with the whole of the tenants and the family of Mabel. Each time, the exchange is rich and full with emotion. This place became our home sweet home each time we come back at Valparaiso.

5 La casa Volantin is much more than a hotel. When you arrive there you get include in a family. And what family! I almost never meet people so nice, so open. My stay there was more than a stay, i made there friends. And i even got back a second time! For saying how this place is special! About the accommodations nothing to say, just that everything is perfect. The house is really cute, the atmosphere is very relaxing. You have an excellent view on almost all Valparaiso, which is a great town. Everything is there, i just can recommend this place!

4 Casa Volantin surprised me. I usually try not to stay at hostels because they tend to be quite noisy and impersonal, full of small-talk with other tourists about what they visited and where they're off to next. And the crowd in the kitchen when you're trying to cook something. Boy, I hate that. This place turned out to be more like friends' house, with Emilio and Mabel always eager to enrich your knowledge of their country or just invite you for a glass of wine. It's so peaceful and cozy here, and will always be as there are only four or five rooms for rent. The house looks gorgeous with its stylish architecture, the interiors all done in cheerful and warm colors. It's all fresh and clean and the kitchen is big and well-equipped. The location is also cool as it's close both to Neruda's house and to downtown. I'm really glad I found their website just the day before coming to Valparaiso. In other hostels there were no vacancies below $20/person for this day and we paid just over that for both of us. Kudos and keep up the good work, guys!
