2 The rooms are tiny. There's no toaster for toast at breakfast, the fire alarm went off each morning at 5 a.m., and piped music played throughout the hotel from about 7 a.m. There was no wardrobe in my room. It was clean enough, but not a great hotel.

4 I had a good stay! The rooms and bathrooms are a bit dirty (but less so than most in Amsterdam!). The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's very laid back. It doesn't have a very good bar downstairs, though. It feels safe, and it's in a brilliant location! I recommend it!

3 It's cheap and cheerful, but the breakfast sucks.

2 Its crap, but cheap. It kept the rain off our heads, and it's in a good location.

3 Well, what can I say about this place except it is a dump, but a good dump. It's in a good location away from the Damrak, near everything, but I wasn't happy about the mould on the vents.

1 This place is a bit of a dump, but is handy if you are the type of person that doesn't care as long as you are having a good time and getting high and drunk. A bed's a bed, and the girl that sometimes works reception is hot.
