The cutest place I stayed at! wonderful place and surroundings, green and lost in the middle of Nature! Brian and Jenny, the two owners, are lovely and cheerful people! They easily chat and advice you about where you could spend your days. Shower was unpractical but clean, toilets were ok, double bed was fresh, clean, and very comfortable, a real pleasure after four nights in a bunk bed in Dublin. Kitchen was small but complete, common room nice and cozy. The cottage offers a wonderful sight and even if you have access to the hostel only after what seemed to me (by night) a few kilometers on a bumpy narrow wood road, what awaits you at the other end is worth it! — Mike, France (2006-10-02)

My mother and I stayed here for two nights in April 2004. It was quiet and clean. A peat fire was made in the stove for us each night. The double bed was good. The bunk was a bit old and sagging. The hostel is located on a narrow lane, but not to worry, the locals quickly throw their cars into reverse at the sight of a non-local car. — Susan (2004-10-12)
