Clean but there was no cleaning after my first night (on two).
Staff 80 and not 90 or more because I would suggest to the girl praparing breakfast to smile, sometimes... she was always so serious! A pity, she's so beautiful.

It is a perfect location if you want to see the falls and the area and you only stay a couple of days. As there is no shelf or wardrobe in the room I would not suggest it for longer stays. Breakfast is super.

Location: Nice neighbourhood, but it's not very close from most interest point. Not a big issue, though;
Clerk: Very helpful and nice;
Rooms: Small and not the most good looking, but fairly clean;
Breakfast: Fair considering the price, but not excellent.
The place could really use a face lift - Some areas are looking quite ugly.
Tagline: You get what you pay for, do not expect luxury, but at least you can get a decently clean simple room.
