We offer only nine charming and comfortable rooms, good breakfast included in our price, fire place and a sunny yard. Taxes are also included in our prices.

Location is great as in La Mariscal but on a quieter tree lined street away from bar noise. Close to Ecovia Tramline. Good breakfast especially if you get the homemade jam. Staff were helpful. We did 3 single days here staying in 3 different rooms. All were OK but not going to win awards. For the price ($32) in Quito I was happy. Also very secure.

Staff were excellent. Felt very safe. Great location close to everything and not far to the magnificent old town. I would recommend for someone wanting a quiet tranquil place to stay and meet more mature travellers.

Relaxed atmosphere, great hospitality Relaxed and down to earth, very clean. The staff were very kind. Good breakfast, good coffee, free internet, convenient location, including one block from ATM. No laundry service in-house when I visited, but several close by.
