Tiny hostel with a great atmosphere! Only a few rooms at a ideal location. Everything nearby (bus, metro, supermarket). But the best point is still the very friendly staff and the little kitchen which is the centre of eating, talking, and laughing! This hostel was the best location we stayed. The staff were multi-speaking (English, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish) and really friendly all the time. (free coffee, great tips.) — Maddin , German (2007-06-17) Albergo Olisipo is a nice option for those traveling on a budget for Lisbon. Very well located (although on the top of a small cliff), it is just a few minutes from central Lisbon. Buses and subway just around the corner. There are some minor drawbacks, though. It is located on the third floor (which was not mentioned in the website) without an elevator. It also doesn't serve breakfast and charges people for internet use. Anyway, if you want you can go to a supermarket nearby and buy some things to cook in the kitchen, which is well equipped. I definitely recommend it. — Giselle (2007-02-02)
