It's not (only) a hostel, it's a place to make friends
I have stayed two times in "my place" and I have to recommend it. I have never found a hostel where I felt home like at "my place" -- that's the program. Feel like it's your place to live and make new friends from all over the world. Friends who stayed there too, have been also surprised that we have become part of the community of my place in minutes. The stuff are the two owners of "my place" -- very kind and heplful -- sometimes they cook for the habitants -- delicious! They know parties and concerts which you don't expect -- and invite you to take part! it's clean and friendly place, well located to sights, public transport and shopping places. There are only two sleeping rooms but also a large living room, a full equipped kitchen, a small office with free Internet, bath and WC. The sleeping rooms are non-smoking area. An all day open supermarket is across the street, a twenty-four-hour shop is round the corner. There is no check-out time and the breakfast is great -- even if you take it at noon. If you search for an easy, cosy home with connection to underground nightlife of Budapest, then you have to go to my place.
