Earlier it was a resort named Ghar Resorts Khajjiar Now it is under the Western Himlayan Educational Institute and there is a Hostel for students, scholars, and visitors at very nominal rates of Rs.500.00 per Room per day and Rs.1000.00 for the Duplex Hut.
