Not bad Its good location, staff is not bad, toilet is clean, but I have problem with feathers bedding!!! — Dragan Radenkovic , Serbia (2010-01-21) Comfy and quiet A nice and small hostel, it has a very homey feel about it. There are large lockers in the rooms (you need to bring a padlock) and free wi-fi throughout as well as a couple of shared internet machines. There's a small common area next to reception and a small kitchen for guests to use, with free tea & coffee. Home Made is very central, close to the metro station and many of Budapest's sights. There's good bars and restaurants nearby and a couple of 24 hours mini-supermarkets too. We arrived later than expected, which was totally fine with the staff, and found the accommodations to be wonderful. We stayed in the eight-bed dorm room that has the loft built for the room, and it was so nice. The staff was very helpful and nice. The actual hostel is rather small and doesn't offer breakfast, but none of this matters. There is a metro stop just down the street and it is easy to walk to many major sights. Highly recommended.
