My wife and I stayed in a two-bed room here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The staff gave us great information about Prague, recommended restaurants, and money change sites that were indeed good values. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. Free internet connection (sometimes it is hogged by others). Staff kept our baggage secure until we were able to head back to the bus station. Highly recommended. A pleasant experience. — Dylan2at , US (2007-05-20)

I'm Asian and I Iive in New Zealand. I stayed at the hostel on the nights of 17 and 18 Sep '06. There were three men and one woman in the same dormitory as me. The staff went home after 8 p.m. and did not know what I had to endure from my dorm mates. I could not tell the staff because I feared for my safety. My dorm mates were playing cards and using the computer (with loud typing souinds) till the early hours of the morning of 18 Sep. On the night of 18 Sep, they went out at midnight for drinks and returned at 3 a.m. and woke up me in the process. They swore and used obscene language. This went on till 5 a.m. on 19 Sep. You can imagine I had hardly any sleep because I was concerned that they may have been drunk. I appreciate that there is a sign that says that there's to be no noise after 10 p.m. However, without the staff to monitor things, it will only be a question of time before things get out of hand and someone gets hurt. — Threatened (2006-09-29)
