Fantastic! We, a family of nine ranging in ages from forty-three down to three. Had the most wonderful time of our lives in Bali! Most of this was due to the Baleka and its staff. Ok its not the Hilton but you get far more than you pay for! Bedbugs? Bull dust! The back rooms upstairs are a little dark but ask to be moved down by the pool and it will be done asap! My daughter married her partner in the gardens, it was wonderful! The staff couldnt do enough! The couple were given the honeymoon suite for five nights at no extra cost! The bar guys Wombat, Okka, Arri, and Eddie took my kids (sixteen, eighteen, and twenty-four) clubbing every night and on tours on their days off, not paid for, just because we all got on so well! We recommend this place to everyone! — hazel hall , Western Australia (2008-10-24) Terrible i had a very bad experience earlier this year with baleka beach resort. the cleaners tried to break into our suitcases by drilling a hole in the padlocks, they were generally unfriendly, there are cobwebs in every corner and all under the beds which was disgusting. and they didn't let us empty the fridge to use it, then they charged us for what we did drink when we were going to replace them due to the lack of space in there. very very disappointed and we generally had an unsafe feeling for our whole trip because there were people flashing torches in our window at odd hours of the night and had strange phone calls in the early hours of the morning. i highly recommend staying somewhere else. — ivana , australia (2007-11-13)
