Amazing We loved Emma! There was a great party atmosphere in the common room, and we met some unforgettable characters. Our highlight was the man at reception. He was so amazing. He had blond streaks in his hair and purple glasses. His commitment was astounding. We have never in our lives encountered such a handsome, dedicated and thoughtful individual. His dedication to his job was second to none. Everyday that passes is empty without him. I hope he knows how much we appreciated him. Despite the fact that we haplessly lost our keys, he made the immense effort of coming down to our room with a crowbar and taught us some czech phrases.
