Kykladonia Hostel is an attractive, downtown Fira traditional settlement, hostel type of premises.
It combines the Hotel type room structure and the hostel type amenities with dorm and rooms for independed single travellers and groups as well as couples, with low budget rates.
It has 22 rooms and dorms for men and women, maximum four people in each dorm, a very cute carved swimming pool into a Volcanic rock of lava that was found there, independed airconditioning for each room, a small fridge, TV and phone line, as well as some kitchennete capabilities.
It is in walking distance of no more than 4 minutes from the centre of Fira, the busiest and most convenient town in Santorini, just 600 feet from the cliffs of the famous Caldera area with the Volcano view.
Taxi and bus rank is 5 minutes away, nightlife the same, restaurants and taverns are in the surrounding area, but its location is very quite and peaceful since is into the traditional village part.
Some rooms overlook the east side of the island and the sunrise, some rooms have no views and are less expensive, but one thing is for certain, value for your money.

Stuff is rude and you feel the controll as in a prison.
The cost for the dormitory is over proced and it's evident the tendency to cheat you.
I will not sugeest none to go there, they are money makers, just that.
Tho pool is little, pictures make it bigger.

I loved it here! Staff is AWESOME and other guests are really nice. It's in a really convenient location in Fira. Super easy to get around the island from here and the rooms, bathrooms and buildings are clean, modern and comfortable. Definitely stay here!

It's a great place to stay in Santorini, Fira. Very very near from the center, has all the necessary facilities: market, laundry, restaurants, shops, bars ...The hostel also has a nice pool, great for the sunny days. The hostel is clean and organized, and I recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in Fira.

The Kykladonisia is a quite nice hostel that occupies two different greek-typical-houses laying one beside the other. A more than decent brakfast is included and rooms and facilities are well kept. For Santorini's standards this hostel is not expensive. The indications given to find it where not really helpful and I had to ask a couple of times for directions in order to find it but its location is good since it is close to the most vivid part of Fira but appart from all the restaurants, bars and discos, so it is very quite at all times.
