For a traditional seaside break amongst stunning coastal scenery, Swanage is ideal. This elegant Victorian villa offers fine views across Swanage Bay and is minutes from a safe, sandy Blue Flag beach. Keep an eye out for dinosaur footprints along this stretch of Jurassic Coast! You'll be just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre plus you’ll find excellent food available in our licensed restaurant. Generally school groups visit during the week but we’re also extremely popular with individuals and families at weekends and holidays.

During school term time (Mon - Thu nights) we are dedicated to accommodate young school children.
