Friendly, clean, great. This is a great hostel / hotel. It's cleaner and nicer than most hostels in Istanbul and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. During our stay is wasn't as lively and social as some other hostels perhaps, but that's ok. The rooftop terrace is great and the Turkish breakfast is one of the best you'll find anywhere (bread, eggs, olives, yogurt, cheese, jams, etc.). — Anonymous (2010-02-07) Clean, Close to attractions, Free lockers linen, bathrooms, and toilets are very clean. breakfast buffet is simple but good. manager Mehmet is very nice and helpful. — Tan , USA (2009-06-16) Spectacular The staff are awesome. We stayed there for three nights this july and we were more than satisfied. The location is great, only steps away from the major sights, rooms are clean, and staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are not cleaned (I was there two weeks and they did not even once clean the floor, which was dirty). Bathrooms are a mess -- just once a day cleaning, hair and dirt on the floor. Just stayed there one night, they had scaffolding up on the outside of the building so assume maybe painting it? Bathroom and Room facilities were nice, modern, and clean. They have a rooftop bar but it was all closed up when I was there. The hostel directly opposite did have a really nice rooftop bar though. Only a short walk to the Blue Mosque and around the corner from a number of bars and restaurants. Good location. I'd stay there again. — John , NZ (2008-06-17) Great!
