This is the Best Little Hostel in the West! I came across it by accident the first time; now I return to Leadville just to visit the hostel!

We will be back in 2005 for 60 days. This is the best place to take it easy and meet new and old friends every year. It's like going home every year.

Bill is very friendly, as was everyone there. The place is beautiful. They have invested a lot into antiques, etc., making this place more like a bed and breakfast. They also have the latest and greatest in technology and have a large screen TV with a satellite dish and another TV in the basement with VCR/DVD and a computer you can use for a fee. It's a great way to visit the historic town of Leadville and do some great outdoor adventuring.

This place was great for the bucks. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Fifteen bucks gave me a good night's sleep and a shower to hit the ski slopes again in the morning. My daughter was really crazy about Bill and still asks about him. We'll be back.

Great base camp for all of your high country endeavors. This place has it all--showers, laundry, huge kitchen facilities and dining room. It's a great place to socialize with folks from all walks of life. Wild Bill will even provide shuttle service to trail heads.
