Friendly staff that is always helpful. Not everybody speaks English. The room is quite clean, also the toilet. Free internet-access (with cable) in the dormitory if you bring your own computer. There is delicious food offered in the hostel for lunch as well as for dinner for low price. Outside there are places to sit and eat in a nice surrounding. Directly located beside the botanical garden and about fifteen minutes by foot to the West Lake. Bikes can be rent in the hostel. Shops are in the neighbourhood. I really enjoyed my stay. The atmosphere was fantastic. It is a place where you can take your tours or just relax in the hostel.
