Cold showers (when advertised hot), plus they electrocuted my girlfriend when she was trying to adjust it to make it hot. They put us in an apartment room with two other bedrooms -- and there is only one key, forcing us to climb up and down five flights of stairs (at thirty-six hundred meters above sea level, not fun!) everytime we wanted to get into our room when our apartment-mates weren't in. We were charged for the use of a kitchen in the apartment that we didn't want, and it didn't even have any cups/glasses in it anyway! Dirty tissue bins in the toilets not emptied in three days -- disgusting. Loud spanish music played late at night and early in the morning. Extremely rude staff when we tried to complain.
