The best! This hostel is great. We were with a group of twenty-two people and everybody loved it, since it's so central, it's clean, and it's safe. Everyone got his/her own locker and key so we weren't dependent on each other. Free internet and of course, not to forget, the great staff. They helped us with everything and made sure we had the best study trip ever!

Hostel is in a wonderful location very central to the Old Town and a short tram ride away from the bus station and train station. The staff of Dave and Leo are very accommodating and do everything they can to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. I stayed here for three nights and slept well the entire stay.

Guys will bend over backwards, in other words they will make sure you have all information you need to have a grand time in Zagreb and not only what tourist board tells them to say. Truly friendly and great people to hang out with. All this with clean beds and showers. What more can you ask for?

I actually didn't stay here but I met the owner of the Fulir Hostel on the street while he was handing out pamphlets. He was super nice and invited us to go out with him and some other travelers, even though we weren't even staying at his hostel. So we went out and had an absolute blast. We went back to Fulir Hostel and I got to see how awesome it was, and I still wish to this day that I had stayed there. I am going back to Zagreb this summer and I will be staying there.

Fulir Hostel provided one of the best hostel experiences I've ever had, and we stayed there for less than twenty-four hours! Starting out with descriptive and helpful directions on how to actually reach the hostel, everything we needed was provided to us with smiles, energy, and an incredibly inviting atmosphere. The facilities are excellent -- very clean and new. We had a great night with the other travelers and staff and couldn't have asked for more from a hostel! Wish we could have stayed longer and I would definitely stay there again!

This hostel is not only in the best location in Zagreb, but also the best hostel I've stayed at on my whole trip! It's located literally right off the main city square, all the best sights, restaurants, bars, and clubs are in easy walking distance. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, they will recommend the best places to go in Zagreb as well as help you plan your trip in the rest of Croatia, and of course hand out rakija shots. There's a great atmosphere, I met really wonderful people here. The hostel is also very new -- it just opened this season. It's extremely clean and well organized. Definitely come to Croatia, and definitely stay here in this hostel!

Kudos to Dave for perceiving a need in Zagreb for a good central backpackers' and creating an ideal one to meet that need. This is a small, friendly hostel, spotlessly clean, and brand-new, and I absolutely loved it! The dorms are in an upstairs loft that has a friendly feel to it. On the first night they were full, but Dave offered me a mattress on the floor for a cheaper price and it was perfectly comfortable. Free welcome drinks on arrival, free bag storage, clean bathrooms, a great common area to socialize, fantastic recommendations for food and drink and stuff to do, and some of the friendliest staff and guests around, not to mention an unbeatable location right next to the main town square -- what more could you ask for?
