by Bus is Cartagena, 10 Hours by Bus is Medellin and 19 Hours by Bus is
Bogota, the Capital from Colombia

Tolu is a Town but has a small Commerce area, Internet Service, Mail, Bars, Night Clubs, Diving Stores an Schools, Supermarket, Restaurants etc..
