Description

The majority of rooms at Derwentwater contain bunk beds, and they all use shared bathrooms. Guests have a communal kitchen and dining area, laundry facilities and Wi-Fi available in public areas.

The town of Keswick, with its shops, pubs and museums, is 2 miles away. The local ferry stops 200 metres away, providing links up the shoreline to water sports.

Lovely walking and cycling trails are on the doorstep, with the chance to see many species of birds, red squirrels and badgers. The waterfall in the grounds powers Derwentwater's hydro-generator
