I stayed here in a private suite in the last week of Jan. Another occupant of a private suite lost money in his wallet from his room and gave a police complaint. Police was on the spot enquring the staff. The other occupant was telling police that someone came in while he was in the toilet and took the cash from his wallet. This is very much possible because there is no provision for locking the room's door from inside only. So be careful if you stay here. If you have an option of staying in some other place just go ahead with that. — Ratan K (2007-02-21) Never ever stay in this hostel. I stayed in a private suite in this hostel. There was no lock to lock the door from inside only. Anybody can unlock and open the door from outside if they have the keys. I put my wallet on the table on the desk and slept. When I woke up in the morning, the door was unlocked and the cash in my wallet (around 200 USD) was missing. I gave police complaint there on the hostel staff. Police told me that I should not have stayed in that lodge as these kinds of complaints from Borneo Adventure lodge is common. So, please please do not stay there. — Theju from Boston (2007-02-03)
