This hostel is compact, but friendly and has free tea and coffee 24 hours a day.
The Location
Located just off Silom Road, this hostel is easy to find if you follow the directions and landmarks given on their website.
Rooms and Bathroom
The dorm room is located on the 6th floor and there is no lift, being a narrow, tall building it made things quite exhausting walking upstairs with the backpacks. The 6 bed dorm room has 3 bunks squashed in making things cosy. There is air con and safety lockers in the room and the rooms are clean with sheets provided.
The bathroom, located one floor down is a toilet and shower with sink in a small space with no extractor so it remains damp even after the shower has not been in use for several hours. But the showers were hot.
Common Spaces
The common area is down by the reception and front desk, there are a couple of sofas and some tables and benches. There is one computer for the internet and coffee and tea are provided free of charge.
Summary
Overall, the hostel is good for location, the only disadvantage being that there is no lift in this 6 storey building. — kathryn , UK (2009-10-29)
