4 I stayed here while on a Paddywagon tour. It was the best hostel I stayed in. The room was comfortable and had an ensuite bathroom, which was great. Stay away from the large window while changing, though! The adjacent bar had a great atmosphere and there are no worries about making it back to your room after a night of fun and drink since it is connected to the hostel. The town is dead, don't expect to buy any liquor here from anywhere but the pub, unless you like cheap wine. The Randy Leprechaun was so fun to stay at, and make sure to say hi to Randy in the den area.

4 First off, if you stay in this town, you'll either just want to make it home base, or a place to hang with friends at the bar. The night I stayed there, we had karaoke at the bar, and it was AWESOME fun. Oh — the bar is basically attached to the hostel, so you can stumble in very drunk quite easily. However, the rest of the town doesn't have much... at all. You'll want to spend your days exploring the rest of the peninsula. The bar is called "The Randy Leprechaun", and they have a couple of pieces of artwork, which emphasize this point (as does the hostel). So, if you have a problem with that type of thing, you really shouldn't go here. If you have a sense of humor, however, good pictures can be made here. The rooms themselves were fairly clean (though our heater was broken) and pretty big for dorm rooms. I think the place is fairly old (by American standards), which means that things break and need to be fixed every so often (like the heater, or a drippy ceiling), but they seem to be pretty good about keeping the place up.
