The location is great! Nice and peacefull. Very friendly stuff and good breakfast on the roof with amazing view from the terrace. Low price as well.

For this price it's perfect. You should not expect 5 star service for 20 euro, however the rooms are clean, the shower works without any problems, the staff speaks English, the breakfast is OK. If you are looking for a cheap hotel near the historical center and do not expect gorgeous rooms, it will be fine.

The breakfast on the terrace was excellent! It's in a great location, really near to the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sofia in the heart of Sultanahmet.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, lower price spectrum compared to other hostels in Istanbul .... all accommodation in Ist. seems overpriced, so paying about $75 for a 4-bed room with ensuite seems good value... nice breakfast & rooftop area

the hotel was fully overbooked - there was no place for us and for many other 'guests' - we had to find another hotel on our own (or get an expensive appartment)
the managers didn't take responsability

the location is good. It is just next to the Blue Mosque. OK breakfast. But the room i stayed was very noisy. The walls are so thin. The people in the next door banged the door at 2am in the morning. it was so noisy and I couldn't stand it so i went out and tried to tell them to keep it down. But what I saw at the door was a guy with ONLY his underwear standing in front of his room knocking on the door!!! Is it a hotel or a party hostel? Someone stayed in my dorm room and checked out the next day. They cleaned the beds but they didn't lock the door when someone else(me) was still staying in that room!!! Also, i couldn't close the bathroom door because it was too dmap and the door swells! will not recommend it.

Apart from sleeping in a dorm (4) context it was virtually like staying in a 3* hotel;-foyer with couches+rooftop dining area with panoramic views of the sea. Everywhere was clean.

The main problem with this hostel was damp. We stayed there in April and Istanbul was still fairly cold. Our 4 bed dorm was really damp. All our clothes and bedding felt wet. As a result we left early and found other accommodation. Otherwise, this hostel is really good value for money and the breakfast is pretty good. Maybe it would be a better option for the summer.

Excellent location and stuff friendly. It is however too noisy, children shouting in the afternoon when you would like to have a rest after walking all day. Also wall are very thin. But still we had a great time there!
