Don't go there! They couldn't tell me that my booking wasn't confirmed even though I emailed them 6 times and showed up on place 3 times before checking-in. These guys don't care about you, they want your money. They act like you're their friend but at the end of every conversation they ask you about the money. I tried EVERY day to find another solution because THEIR system wasn't working. And the worse is that they lecture you like: "You should travel with your credit card". Man I do what I want! You're not my dad, I don't have any credit card, I did everything on time. You f***ed up. They didn't even apologize while I did EVERYDAY! I met another guy in another hostel who told me they asked him to pay more than 1000 reals to spend only one night during carnival (yeah I know, carnival is a package, still, it only lasted one more day). When the guy tried to discuss, they asked him to leave!
