Veneto Inn Roma is our idea of what a youth hostel should be. We try to give our guests the same feeling and service we would wish to find in each new place we visit when travelling the world.

As you are considering placing a reservation with us operating on reservation software we thought you might have been interested in some live contact with the people that are going to be your hosts in Rome.

Since day one our first concern has been to treat our guests like people, so that they could also act as such. A hostel is, after all, a little community, therefore our freedom ends where someone's starts. We have noticed this simple and universal principle has been widely appreciated from everyone passing through our hostel.

Our effor is focused on creating a calm and easygoing atmosphere. We try to meet the people's needs and create an ideal resting spot after hours of sightseeing.

We provide:
- All the necessary info to navigate the city and optimise your time
- Heating during the winter and air fan or air conditioning during the summer
- Refrigerator
- Towels

We wish you a pleasant time in Rome

2 I've been in this B&B in April 2007, and i agree, very cheap breakfast. They served us tea in glass cups like the ones you use to drink water. I had only one towel, to use for shower, hands, head -- everything with the same towel. On the last day we couldn't leave the luggage even paying a fee -- we had to go to central station and pay there to leave luggage. I don't know why in the website they write different things. I don't think i'll come back in this hostel.

2 The place was actually an apartment converted into accommodation with two or three rooms. The room itself was clean and tidy but I was uncomfortable with several things. The bathroom had no outlets or windows, hence it had a slight odour/smell. The morning breakfast was actually a cup of coffee and some cheap small bread stuff served to your room by the landlord who stays in the opposite apartment. On the first day, were were served coffee in a nice cup, then the next few days, we got the coffee in small, cheap plastic cups. We were told in the website that we could keep baggage in the hotel and we spoke to the landlord and was assured that it would not be a problem. On the last day when we left our bags for the day, we were told that there was a per-day fee for storing bags. This was never in the website or in any other communications. Overall, for the amount charged per day, I found the place not good value for money and would not stay in this place again.
