Has scary hostel in basement "Has scary hostel in basement" would be a better description. After following a maze of hallways through the loading dock, we arrived in our cramped dorm room with stained mattresses and pillows. The "lockers" provided one floor down did not look secure, as they were made out of plywood and showed evidence of having been forced open, but bags needed to be kept in them because of the lack of space in the room. Sheets and bags had to be kept in the lockers during the day, or sheets would have to be rented again. Shower facilities in the basement were dirty and not private. The toilets and showers one floor up in the hotel were more satisfactory. Good price for Copenhagen, free breakfast was filling, but try to find somewhere else to stay before booking here.
