Description
All rooms have equipped kitchens, full individual bathroom, central heating, telephone and computer with Internet connection.
The rooms include a 190 x 90 cm bed, wardrobe, desk, chairs, desk lamp, auxiliary piece of furniture and mirror. The residence provides the mattress with cover, blanket, pillow and bedspread.
The kitchen is equipped with electric hobs, extractor fan, microwave and fridge. Kitchen utensils include plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, frying pans, colander, cruet stand, coffee maker, cooking utensils, water jug… apart from cleaning utensils: rubbish bin, bucket and mop, broom and dustpan and a small clothes line.
Each resident has its own mail box as well as the keys to the room and to the main entrance of the residence (unrestricted access).
These fees include rent, fixed telephone quota, 24 hour Internet connection and free access to the communal areas.
Water and electricity consumption is charged additionally.
Fees for summer and shorter stays available on request.

Excellent value for money full service accommodation in Bilbao. New, clean rooms, great kitchen and plenty of hot water for the shower. Historic city center within 5-10 minute walk.

Located in a very poor neighorhood, we heard police sirens during the whole night in front of our windows. Not a safe place, when standing outside the hotel smoking bums and junkies come asking for money the whole time.

The hostel is very clean and tidy. I enjoyed the stay here as everything is included in the room, include kitchen. It like a hotel rather than a hostel, with room service as well. However, the atmosphere of the surrounding street seems uneasy and uncomfortable.Anyway, the good location deserved a stay.

Really great value for the money. Location is at the end of "San Fransisco" street. Locals say it's a bad area, but I didn't have any problems. Sparkling clean and new facilities.

I had my own room, en suite with a kitchen. But it is not a place to meet people and party. But it suited me because I needed to do some washing and chill out before I carried on with my travels. However, it felt a bit scary when leaving the hostel at night, and there were reports that a girl had had her pc stolen from her car, and there seemed to be prostitutes working on the street.

Relatively close location to old town, but in an area that doesnt look too friendly. Good clean facilities and cheap laundry. Free internet is a bonus. Good clean rooms with hygenic facilities.

This hostel is a residence for students during the year, but when the University of Bilbao is closed it's open for tourists. It's really new and the rooms are excellent and clean. The city center is near and it's very cheap: 21 euros a night per person in a double room during the feast of "Semana Grande." There is a free Internet point and a gym, too!!! — Sal (2005-08-30)
