Anjung KL Guesthouse is located in a charming 2 storey traditional Asian shophouse building right in Bukit Bintang. We have renovated it and transformed it into a comfortable, quiet and stylish guesthouse. Wireless internet access in the lobby is offered to our guests without extra charge.

We are able to provide the comforts and environment that every traveler expects on a budget. But above all, you will feel at home staying in a peaceful and tranquil environment, yet surrounded by the lively business, entertainment and shopping centers. The street next to us is Jalan Alor, which serves some of the best hawker food in Kuala Lumpur.

Puduraya Bus Station (the main bus station) in KL and train stations connecting to the city and airport are only a 10 minute walk from us.

Our location is also within the CBD - the main business district and leisure street in KL, where shops, restaurants, shopping and nightlife surround us. There are also local and international banks, hospitals, hotels, money changers, train and bus stations and let's just say... all you could want is here.

We offer accommodation in 8-bedded dorm, single, twin, double, triple and family rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Airport Shuttle
Save more money by booking our departure airport shuttle from our guesthouse direct to airport. From only RM 25 per person (best rate in town!), it is based on seats availability basis and shuttle timings. Do check with us when you've arrived.

Airport pick-ups can be pre-arranged at RM 110 per car per way for 2 persons with luggage space. Van pick-ups are also available for 3-6 persons at RM 130 per van per way. Bigger vans are also available for more than 7 persons at reasonable rates. Airport pick-ups come with meet and greet service by an English-speaking driver in a good condition air-conditioned vehicle.

Midnight surcharge applies from 11pm to 6 am at 50% extra.

The name of the street is Jalan Tengkat Tong Shin. The name of the area is : Bukit Bintang. • From KL International Airport (KLIA): • There are 3 ways from KLIA to arrive at our place: • By KLIA Express Rail (fastest way to arrive) • The fast train takes 28 minutes to the main railway station (KL Sentral Station) in Kuala Lumpur costing RM35.00 per person. There is one every 20 minutes. Once you get to the KL Sentral Station in Kuala Lumpur, buy a taxi coupon (RM10.00 approx) and give the taxi driver the address and tell him it is very close to Corona Inn. The first train is at 5.00 am and the last train departs at midnight. • By Express Coach (cheapest way to arrive) • From the arrival hall take the lift to Level 1. Walk towards Gate 2 and cross the road to the bus terminal building to buy the bus ticket to KL Sentral Train Station. Bus ticket costs RM 10 per person. Once you get to the KL Sentral Station in Kuala Lumpur, buy a taxi coupon (RM10.00 approx) and give the taxi driver the address and tell him it is very close to Corona Inn. • By Taxi (most convenient way to arrive) • Give the taxi driver the address and tell him it is very close to the Corona Inn Hotel. Cost RM60 per way for a standard airport taxi. • From LCC Terminal (LCCT) • Air Asia and Cebu Pacific Airline are the current low cost airlines landing at this new terminal. Board the Skybus shuttle for RM 9 per person per way or Aerobus shuttle for RM 10 per person per way • and drop off at KL Sentral Station. Then take a taxi direct to our place (taxi fare RM 10.00 approximate). • Skybus frequency of shuttle is 30 mins to 1 hr. Operation hours : 7.00 am to 1.15 am daily. Journey is 1 hr 15 mins. ( www.skybus.com.my ). Aerobus shuttle operation hours : 6.45 am to 12.30 am. Journey is 1 hr 15 mins. • From Puduraya Bus Station: • By Foot (only 10 mins walk) • You can walk to Anjung KL from Puduraya within 10 mins. From Puduraya bus station, take the pedestrian bridge to cross over to the other side of the street where Katari Hotel is located. If you are now in front and facing Katari Hotel, walk towards your right along Jalan Pudu (Pudu Street). You will pass a Shell petrol station, a row of old shops and then Tong Shin Hospital. On the right side of the road you will see Swiss Garden Hotel. After Tong Shin Hospital, you will see Alliance Bank. Next to Alliance Bank, take the small lane on your left (short cut!) that will lead you to the open air 'Star Car Wash'. Walk past and head towards the road. Then turn left when you come to the road and walk straight, you will come to Corona Inn on your left. Turn right • at this corner and walk straight and you will see a row of old shophouses on your left. We are located at the 2nd house on that row on the left side of Muar Restaurant if you face the restaurant. It only takes 1 minute. • By Foot from Swiss Garden Hotel (only 5 mins walk) • Or if your bus passes Swiss Garden Hotel just before arriving at Puduraya bus station, tell the bus driver you want to stop at the hotel. It is even faster to walk from here. The hotel is just across the road from Alliance Bank. Next to Alliance Bank, take the small lane on your left (short cut!) that will lead you to the open air 'Star Car Wash'. Walk past and head towards the road. Then turn left when you come to the road and walk straight, you will come to Corona Inn on your left. Turn right • at this corner and walk straight and you will see a row of old shophouses on your left. We are located at the 2nd house on that row on the left side of Muar Restaurant if you face the restaurant. It only takes 1 minute. • By Taxi (if you have lots of luggage) • Cross over to Katari Hotel and get the taxi from there. It is cheaper! • Give the taxi driver the address and tell him it is very close to Corona Inn. Cost RM3. • From KL Sentral Train Station: • By Bus (cheap way of arriving) • At the airport bus section, you can get the Rapid KL bus (No. 112) direct to the bus stop in front of Swiss Garden Hotel. Price per person is RM 2. Cross the road in front of you and you will see Alliance Bank. Next to Alliance Bank, take the small lane on your left (short cut!) that will lead you to the open air 'Star Car Wash'. Walk past and head towards the road. Then turn left when you come to the road and walk straight, you will come to Corona Inn on your left. Turn right • at this corner and walk straight and you will see a row of old shophouses on your left. We are located at the 2nd house on that row on the left side of Muar Restaurant if you face the restaurant. It only takes 1 minute. • By Taxi • Buy a taxi coupon (RM10.00 approx) and give the taxi driver the address and tell him it is very close to Corona Inn. • By Monorail • Imbi Monorail Station (nearest to us) • Only recommended if you travel light because you have to walk a bit but the scenic experience on the monorail makes up for it. The monorail station is in front of Times Square Building. Buy a ticket to Imbi Station (RM 1.60). After arriving at the station, walk towards Low Yat Plaza and a little further you will come to Federal Hotel. Cross the road in front of this hotel and walk towards the parking lots and you will come to Nova Hotel. Once in front, walk to your left come to the T junction turn right and you will come to Corona Inn on your left. Turn right in front of Corona Inn and walk straight. You will see a row of old shophouses on your left. We are located at the 2nd house on that row on the left side of Muar Restaurant if you face the restaurant. It only takes 1 minute. • Monorail operating hours: 6.00am - midnight

Really cheap, good location, but the place is quite run-down and everything looks quite boring... and the time of my stay there was a smell of paint in the dorm room (maybe there was a renovation or somethong going on). And there is no locker in the dorm room. It's ok to stay, but not more than for a couple of days I guess.
