5 Me and my friend spent here three nights in august 2006 and I have the best experiences with it. Actually, we booked five-bed mixed dormitory and we got two-bed private room so we got more than we paid for. as nobody else was that time on our floor, we also had bathroom for ourselves. everything was clean, we received also towels. Breakfast was ok, you could eat as much as you want so we fed ourselves very well. staff was kind, there was also a kitchen with all equipment and internet all twenty-four hours a day. The position of the hostel was in the centre so we could stay longer outside and it was no problem to get back. there were many pubs and coffees around. Everything was fine.

4 We stayed here for four nights last August. We rented private a room for three which was spacious and had its own private bathroom. The old adage "You get what you pay for" rings true here. We had no intention of making this holiday centre around our hotel rooms as we planned on being out and about a lot. For this it was perfect. It was perfectly clean and although the mattresses were a bit low quality it was fine to sleep on. The breakfast was basic with cheese, bread, fruit, and tea/coffee. All you really need. There was a menu you could choose other stuff if you wanted for which you had to pay. Everything is just so cheap that I opted for omelet a few times. The breakfast is between certain times but the owner let us have it whenever most days as we drank quite a lot of vodka most nights. They'll organise tours for you as well, we went to Auschwitz which is more or less a must see. We went to local supermarkets to get bread and cheese to make sandwiches and the kitchen on the top floor was small, but great for doing stuff like this. All in all I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If you're on a budget this is a fab option. Is very no frills but that was all that we needed really.

2 This hostel does NOT deliver on its promises. No Internet, no common room, and the breakfast SUCKS. Undrinkable coffee, mealy tomatoes, and old cheese do not in my opinion constitute a real breakfast. The "private" showers are disgusting, and I never saw a single cleaning person. The location is great, and the staff speak English and are friendly, but this hostel leaves a lot to be desired. Go somewhere else.
