Clean, friendly, small, and cozy Under new management, the Red Kettle seemed friendly and welcoming. Towels are rented. Our room was small but clean. Bathrooms were very clean and featured penguin decorations. The kitchen and lounge were very clean and hospitable. I wish I could have spent some time in the lounge, as it was a clean, bright, and welcoming living room with books and games.

Nice hostel, especially if you prefer the smaller quieter type of place. Go see the penguins with Bruce.
