Description
We have a relaxed atmosphere and fun helpful staff. Facilities includes communal kitchen/T.V./dvd lounge area/garden area/bar/restaurant. We have meal and drink specails avilible. We are on the tram line. Located in a good neighborhood with bars,restaurants,libary,supermarket and shops. We are a short walk from the train station and a short tram ride or walk from the bus station.

Good all round package. Nice old fashioned corner pub, good food, and great live entertainment. Rooms were clean and cheap. Close to infamous King St, but far enough away for comfort. — Tom , Ireland (2010-05-06) This place was a big disappointment. The bar downstairs is nice but upstairs is a mess. Our room had dirty office carpet, a skanky bed and was freezing, nothing like what's on the Web site. The worst thing was the bathrooms, which were small, dirty and seemingly never cleaned.
