• How to get there:
• From the airport, as it is like hidden in a far municipality, the only possibility is to get a private taxi. There are always enough taxis outside the airport.
• From the bus station: three possibilities
• - A private taxi
• - A collective taxi (cheaper than the private ones) that can be taken from Calzada del Cerro Street, that is 6 blocks away from the bus station.
• - The public bus #27 that have a bus stop just in front of the bus station and will drive you to Zanja and Aramburu streets, 7 blocks away from home.
• From the train station: three possibilities
• - A private taxi
• - A bike taxi (cheaper and very used in Havana Center and Old Town)
• - Walking, but the station is around three kilometers away from home
• Directions for walking to Old Town and Vedado (new town):
• To Old Town: from San Rafael street (the corner on the right of the house), you turn left and walk straight ahead for 10 blocks and you are just on Central Park (point of reference for Old Town). And in this place is one of the most visited bus stops by the tourists, two busses choices, one for sightseeing the new area of Havana and one for visiting the beaches.
• To Vedado: walk straight ahead from home to the sea front, then turn left and walk straight ahead for around 800 meters and you are on La Rampa (point of reference for New Town).
