5  Seventh Heaven! This place really was a seventh heaven after the previous hostel we stayed at. Staff was really friendly and provided us with lots of information. Free laundry service was so great -- and the breakfast really made my day. Everything was also very tidy. Not the best location, but still nothing less than five stars. I'll definitely come here again.  ()
3  I was somewhat disappointed with my stay at the Kismet Dao hostel. The hostel itself was not in the best location if you are looking to be close to Old Town. The staff were friendly and very helpful at the hostel. We were lucky with our room...we booked a private en suite and were given a room big enough for four people with out own private kitchenette and bathroom. The room itself was not very clean, there were a lot of spiders in the room, and the beds were uncomfortable. There was one bed in our room that was very plush but the others were like sleeping on wooden slates. The bathroom was big and clean, but towels were not provided for showering. If you are thinking of booking this place because breakfast is included, think again. When we inquired about the breakfast they pointed us towards the kitchen where we could find some jam and a loaf of bread on the shelf. Let's just say we passed on the breakfast. We also had many problems getting into our room...the locks on the doors are very old and tricky to use. The staff assured us that they were working on fixing the locks. Overall the hostel was dingy and a bit rundown. I will definitely return to Krakow someday but probably not to the Kismet Dao.  ()
