Keep looking.
I've stayed at a lot of hostels around the world and this one was definitely one at the bottom of the heap. Really dirty, really dingy and depressing environment, unhelpful staff, horrific bathrooms, beds that felt like slabs of concrete, no A/C and a joke for a breakfast (tea and a slice of bread). The only reason it got two stars from me as opposed to one is the fact that it's in a somewhat decent location.

Haunted house
i stayed with of friend of mine last january and i thought that it was halloween because there was a lot of freaks staying there but it wasn't, that was just the weirdo people that were staying there. i had terrible nightmares and that was during the day! if you want to visit the local zoo, theres no need to go far -- just down to the lobby.

Very bad
My advice is never go there. It is a dirty place though it is cheap. There some old guys living there, staring at every girl. The showers are disgusting and nowhere it is clean (there is only one cleaning lady). I even got some malt under my feet. If you complain about something, the staff does nothing to improve so everything is fallen apart. The breakfast isn't a real breakfast but only a crappy piece of cake and instant coffee. There is no airco, only a fan but that doesn't help so it's pretty hot in the rooms.

This was the grossest place I have ever seen/been to in my life. There were bugs in the bed when we woke up. The place was dirty and depressing. I wouldn't stay here again if my life depended on it.

I visited Israel just over a year ago and while Israelis aren't well known for their friendly, helpful nature the staff here couldn't been nicer and were always on hand to give advice to any questions from this tourist. The only thing that might put some people off is that the guests living here weren't typical backpackers.

Very nice I had a private room there and it was of good size, and clean. The location is great close to buses and the beach. The staff are nice and friendly. Very helpful and always ready to offer help in directions. The only downside I found was the breakfast served in its sister hostel about 200 feet from the sky. Over all the price quality and features was outstanding

This place is an absolute dive. I have stayed in cheap hostels across India and Southeast Asia, and I have never stayed in such a filthy run down hostel as this. Also, lots of the "guests" are not typical backpackers, they are drifters, picking up work where and when they can and some of them are pretty mad. Not a good place.

I stayed here in April 2005. I needed a room for the day, on my way to Sinai. The staff were helpful on the desk; I got a bed and a hot shower. I would stay there again.
