We were met by the Dizzy Daisy staff at the train station and they were very friendly. We wondered why they were providing us a lift to the "close to the city centre" hostel, and soon found out that their definition of "close" was not ours. It took us 30min to walk in to the city centre. Once we were at the hostel and had paid, they were quite rude and unhelpful. We were told conflicting information on which tram to catch... as you can tell, I was NOT impressed by this hostel.
