This hostel is in an excellent location for the main train station and to the beer festival. The rooms were clean and staff was pretty friendly. Just be careful which website you book on as that will determine if you get buffet breakfast included otherwise it's 5 euros per person. — Michelle B (2006-10-27)

this hostel/hotel was in a great location two mins from the hauptbahnhof and a five-minute walk to the beerfest and marienplatz. The rooms were really clean and cleaned every day -- however we found the staff really unhelpful -- we waited one and a half hours to check in (as it was at 2 p.m.) and at 1:55 p.m. they still wouldn't let us in our room -- we had to wait till 2 p.m. on the dot! Also we asked if they knew of an english speaking doctor and were just told ''No'' -- no other advice or help was offered. — Dee (2006-09-21)
