A&O City Hostel Munich

this hostel/hotel was in a great location two mins from the hauptbahnhof and a five-minute walk to the beerfest and marienplatz. The rooms were really clean and cleaned every day -- however we found the staff really unhelpful -- we waited one and a half hours to check in (as it was at 2 p.m.) and at 1:55 p.m. they still wouldn't let us in our room -- we had to wait till 2 p.m. on the dot! Also we asked if they knew of an english speaking doctor and were just told ''No'' -- no other advice or help was offered.
