Emu Park Lodge has a wide range of accommodation, including dorm beds, hostel, motel and self-contained doubles, hostel and self-contained family rooms. Lodge facilities include; Community kitchen, a lounge- with internet kiosk, library, TV, tourist informations, board games and sound equipment. Laundry- with washer, dryer and iron. In ground parking. Games room- with table tennis. a pool table, hook board, tables and seats in a large shaded area. Guests have the free use of surfboards, boogieboards, bikes, B.B.Q.and fishing rods. There is a free B.B.Q. each week a chance for everybody to make new friends. The Lodge is walking distance (3mins) to the Head land (famous for dolphins spoting and great surf), beaches, local restaurants, shops and hotel on the beach. We have a freashwater lake a 10min walk from the lodge, sailing, canoeing, bushwalking and some wildlife. We can arrange surfing lessons, horse riding, golf and fishing. Then again our most popular activity is doing nothing. We offer free pickup from Tweed Heads Transit Centre and Coolangatta Airport. Also Byron Bay but with conditions.
