This is a great hostel in the best location in the old town. It's very clean and safe with a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended for backpackers.

I have been at this hostel twice and I definitely recommend it. It was so nice, right in the center of the old town and close to all the bars, shops and beaches. The dorms were great with comfy beds and free lockers, and the showers were a real pleasure. The staff were helpful and the security was good. I'll stay here again when I visit San Sebastian, which is my favorite city in Spain.

This dive was filthy. The room was so shockingly dirty, with crumbs, toenail clippings and a seriously dirty, grimy carpet. I had to ask if the room could please be vacuumed before I went in there. By contrast the bathrooms were scrupulously clean and a real pleasure to be in! The linen was not too fresh, either. I guess the sheets were clean (I hope) but the duvet definitely needed a wash. Even if the location is great, if you are staying in a room that is seriously filthy, even after a vacuuming, it spoils your feeling about the place.

The location of this hostel was wonderful; it was right next to all the bars and action. If you make your reservations online even a day in advance, then the staff can't give away your room. They want to get some sleep around there, so don't expect to make a lot of noise if you get in past 11 p.m. There is no curfew, though, and no lockout. It was safe and clean, with very nice bathrooms. The people aren't rude if you aren't rude to them; they gave us a smile every time we said hi. It was definitely worth the time we stayed there.

The staff were extremely rude over the phone after they also stuffed up our reservation. They hung up on us twice because they couldnt be bothered dealing with us. Who really cares what the rooms are like, I wouldnt stay there if they paid me. And we will be fighting for our deposit back, you can rest assured.

One of the best hostels we stayed at during our three-month trip around Europe. The rooms were nice and very clean! It felt more like a hotel than a hostel! Although the lady running the place can get a little annoying at night if she thinks you're making too much noise! She'll "shhh!" you until everyone is in their beds fast asleep! But the location is great and the bars in San Sebastian are SO MUCH FUN!

Adore Plaza was absolutely the best hostel I stayed in during my 5 month trip in Europe. In a fantastic location, good and clean facilities, helful staff. Very good indeed to meet a great bunch of people and to chill out.

This was one of the cleanest, most beautiful hostels that we stayed at. The lady that runs the hostel is a little bit crazy about the noise level but it is still a fun, clean place to stay...and the location is perfect. It's close to the beach and bars..I highly recommend this place.

I made a reservation at this hostel and the owners didn't even have the decency to be there at the agreed time. To make maters worse they charged us for out nights accommodation on our card and refused to refund it. I would highly recommend that you don't stay at this place. I don't really know what the rooms were like but the owners were very rude in all correspondence.
