When we visited the hostel the downstairs area was closed with no explanation given by staff. This meant no sauna or kitchen were available and everyone using the pub had to go through guest rooms to use toilet. Good location, but noisy. Clean rooms and staff were reasonably helpful. Not the best hostel in the world in my opinion though. — Laura (2005-09-07) First we'd like to say that we had a really great time in this hotel. The welcome is wonderful, the owners are cool and we felt at home quite quickly. Then the place is very pleasant, with the rooms, the sauna, the free Internet, and the pub. The hotel has a pretty good situation in Old Riga. If you are lost just ask George or Adam and they will tell you everything you want or you need to know. Have a nice trip in Riga and thanks for everything to George and Adam again.
