1  You pay for what you get This residence is run by college students. The students are loud, rude, and the customer service is terrible. The cleaning staff, also students, do nothing to clean the rooms. The rooms are very loud and it is difficult to sleep with the noise. Yes it is cheap to stay overnight but not worth it. You can stay in an actual hotel for only $40 extra per night.  , Canada ()
4  Good I've stayed at this and other of their facilities in the past with my family and would do so again. At the times that we've stayed, the rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. It is reasonable priced compared to hotels and there is the privacy factor, (each dorm has two double beds, one in each room), which is very appealing for families or if you're traveling with a group and rooming with someone you're not as familiar with.  ()
4  Not bad this residence isnt bad. its a typical residence. the rooms are actually pretty nice and big, but the hallways do stink. The caff could offer a bit more selection but overall its not bad. If you wanna party its a good place to be.  , canada ()
4  I attended this Residence in the 2006 school year. I always found it to be an excellent accommodation. The facility was run well with a good staff. There were times that it may have seemed rules were a bit tight. Although at the same time, I paid for excellence and I would rather things on a tight cap then things getting out of hand. The only thing I was not entirely happy with was the menu in the store. It did provide a lot of good foods but to take into consideration, if you are living there for around nine or ten months then it won't take long to grow tired of the menu. In closing my experience was a great one -- I am happy I was there and they even helped me get a job at the facility once the summer came.  , Canada ()
3  The residense is a dorm, during school months teenage activities can be expected. Janitorial staff are however quite efficent and profiencent in their work, along with being over worked and underpaid. Any mess is clean the nest day. During the summer months, the residense is quite quiet and accommadating, to all who inhabit it.  ()
1  I am a student currently living in this facility. It is awful!!! Every day on my way to and from my apartment I must concentrate on avoiding vomit, urine, and fecal matter. It can be found in almost every hallway, and if it is cleaned up (much of it is not) it takes about two or three weeks for them to do so. Therefore you can imagine the smell that the hallways have to offer. The rooms they provide are dirty upon arrival, and I had to clean mine before I could move my stuff in. If you can find any other accommodations please do!!!  ()
