Old town backpackers is hostel, which is located on Uus 14 -1- in the new part of the city's oldtown - just two minutes away from the city center. It is two room's hostel, that in all contains ten beds: for in the blue (smaler room), and six in the green (biger one), which is also being used as a common room. Blue one got's it's own door..
Inside of the hostel you would find one large bathroom, that includes one shower, eag shaped bath and also free tiny sauna thing just a few steps deeper in it. The kitchen is found close to the living room, from whom at the right sight, close to the bathroom, little area for the private needs is also located.
Place got's free parking for one car, which is sometimes, while taken, certounly, is not always awallable. So if you planning to come with your own vehicle, you should got in mind, that is better to ask for it by emailing us.
Apart from the other hostels - Old town backpackers is more known as a place for individuals, that plays the game of chess for example. So following this i would say that being in it is more like being at home. Afterwords - from my own perspective: it is enough colorful and warm place to rest.

So acording to this, you should jump of it at the City center, from were by walking to reach us it would take you not longer than ten minutes. • Comming from bus station you would enjoy for minutes yourney by tram number two, that goe's towards Kopli.. As long as you allready in, please, follow the titles of stops properly - or just ask locals - they'll firendly explain you in english - the one that you need is called Mere puiestee.. • Comming from train staytion: take tram number one or two. The stop's name is Mere puiestee. Away from there hostel is free minutes by foot.

This hostel was good, but it's not for everyone. It's basically someone's apartment with bunk beds everywhere. The common room doubles up as a dorm so when someone decides to go to bed it's lights out. This happened quite early on the nights we were there. The guy who seems to be in charge (Hugo) was friendly enough but it was sometimes hard to work out who were his mates, who were guests and who were staff. The shower room is huge with only one shower, which seems a bit strange considering how small the place is. The Internet is basically free but it doubles up as the hostel's computer, so expect to be interrupted if someone needs to check in or whatever. This is a small hostel with ten beds only but it is very nice. It feels like a home almost and the guy who worked there was very friendly. It has a great location in the center of Tallinn. I really enjoyed my stay here and can certainly recommend it. — Linda (2005-03-23)
