Description
Mildura Stopover is an innovative hostel style facility that caters to most travellers. It is comfortable and affordable accommodation for groups, individuals, seasonal workers, the money conscious tourist or family and international backpackers. Discounts apply for weekly guests, sporting & school groups and travel club members.

We are brand new, and that means everything we have is new - beds, carpets, big screen TV, kitchen, bathrooms, the lot. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, safe and secure place to stay for a night, seven nights or more, then stay with us, you definitely won't regret it!

Mildura Stopover Accommodation Facilities

Looking for a 'dingy' run-down place where the mattresses are lumpy and the blankets feel like they are made from spun nettles, the bathroom tiles are mould ridden and the kitchen looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a month; then the STOP OVER IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!

The Stopover Is

Modern, everything is 'BRAND NEW', except the outside structure of the building; after all, it was once a warehouse……you won't believe the change!
Built to latest building codes to meet current rigid Fire & Safety specifications…we are serious about your safety
Building layout is practical and all areas are easily accessible except the front door….security entry

Cool in summer and warm in winter, no expense spared to make things comfortable and livable
Comfortable and spotlessly clean with new, fresh and professionally laundered linen and bedding on new beds and mattresses.

For those who look for a little more security and comfort in knowing that every consideration has been given to issues of safety, they will undoubtedly be happy with the Stopover's commitment to providing just that. The facility has excellent night security features particularly in addressing night lock-up with 'access code' entry to entrance at all times. All rooms have self-closing doors that require key entry, with each door also being equipped with emergency exit lever door handles.

Reception (Manager) operates for most of the day with 'safekeeping' facilities available. Assistance with tours, sightseeing and work opportunities is provided. You can even purchase milk, drinks, basic toiletries and laundry items during reception hours, but an International Foods Supermarket operating into late hours is located right across the street.

Bedrooms

5 The Stopover is the best Hostels in Mildura! It's very clean and the Owner is very nice and friendly. It's one of the best Hostels I had ever seen. If you stay in Mildura, you must go to the Stopover, you will be surprised. Thank you Wayne for helping us in an emergency situation.
