Best Hostel in NZ We've stayed in Paul's place (Gazebo Backpackers) when it just opened. We enjoyed a really friendly area. Paul the manager is an amazing guy, when you first come in he usually makes you fresh ice-cream or cookies. His yard is full of fruits so if you get there the right time of the year you can eat those as well. You can entertain yourself on a rainy day with the great facilities Paul has set up and on a sunny day Paul either way takes you or points out the great places you can visit it Takaka and you always get a bike to borrow to get there! Well we absolutely enjoyed our stay there, and we would recommend this place to everybody! When we'll back in NZ we will come back! — Tim and Mart , Holland (2011-01-18)
