1 Pretty poor service, horrible room
I first booked Princeton to save money! it seemed alright. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. when I arrived it seemed ok, It was very small though and my double bed was two singles made up as a double, and no TV but the weirdest thing was that all the heaters and the heated towel rails were already on and exceptionally hot in the room! both rooms were ok when I went in to turn the towel rails off! I went out and came back and it was so hot I washed my face, after I did so however the floor in the second bedroom became wet! By the time I went down the reception was closed! and the number for the manager in the room was a nonexistent number! the next morning I complained and they said someone would be up with service people. My TV arrived and they came and took the underlay away, the bed was poorly made sheets were not changed, only tidied a bit! we were told that there was a leak in the pipe and so when we had a shower, or washed the dishes, or even flushed the toilet it came up into the carpet! we were told they would move us! we would later find out that the room we were to move to was worse and they would knock $9 off the price! well, not being able to wash was not acceptable for us and we left after two nights having booked for seven. I would recommend talking to them about making sure the room is ok before you arrive! princeton Is not a place I would bring children! I think this place would be ok to stay if it hadnt been for the problem with the pipes!

5 This place has a very accommodating staff, very clean rooms (ask for one away from the street, though) and comfortable beds (I only tried one, alone). There are lots of outlets to recharge anything. It's a secure place for women — you need a pass for all doors, even the elevator. It's very close to museums, and downtown. There's Asian cuisine on the premises, and a sushi place! Across the street, two coffeehouses await you. Really, I have only good things to say except there was no Olympic-sized pool. I will be back!

5 This place is amazing. We booked a double room for one night and found ourselves with a modern, funky apartment. The decor is very modern, minimalist and functional, with lots of electric gadgetry. The rooms were small, but so well designed you didn't mind, and the big windows and white color scheme makes it feel bigger. Our room had a television, heated towel rail and a very comfy double bed. We shared a bathroom and small kitchen area with another room. They were all immaculate and modern with toaster, fridge, microwave, kettle and a clean and modern bathroom. The location is okay, only five-minute walk into town, and some of the rooms have fabulous views of the city. Security is tight and the lifts and doors only open using an electronic tag. If you want to meet people I wouldn't stay here. It has a residence-hall feel and few communal areas. I would recommend this hostel to people looking for long-term accommodation or a luxurious room at backpacker rates to chill out in for a couple of days.
