C&N Hostel-Ucluelet made us stay three days longer that we had planned. The Hostel it self is clean and beautiful. The dorms are fine but go for the private rooms! The showers are clean and the kitchen is perfect! The garden is really great, surrounded by forest and ocean!
At night the traditional swim and sitting by the campfire with other guests having a good time talking and drinking. But it comes all alive because of Aron, the stressed manager of C&N with a memory of a goldfish (all his words). Aron is such a great guy with lots of humour. Go there and find out yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

In a beautiful setting surrounded by wood carvings and decked gardens, trails and barbecues, leading down to the sea. The environmental and wooded theme is reflected inside too making it feel like a Swiss chalet. Enthusiastic and helpful owner with a passion for this place. Clean, friendly and comfortable with huge farm house table in the kitchen making for a sociable stay. Large showers/bathrooms. Easy to get to all west coast activities and beach trails. If you only have one night to stay on the island - make this the place!
