Very well located for access to beaches and restaurants. Very nice staff. The hostel attendant/owner speaks English extremely well and was an excellent resource for things to do in Buzios. The hostel itself was very clean and comfortable. — Noemi (2005-10-22)

We booked with another hostelling Web site to stay here for two nights. The first day there the owner asked us to pay for the room up front. We said that we were going to town to get money and would pay when we returned. Upon our return two hours later, the owner had put the entire bill on our credit card (he had got the details from the Internet hostelling booking site) without our authorization. This is the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. In fact, to even call it a hostel is rubbish. It's on a very busy road. It's not clean. Save yourselves — don't stay here!!! — Anonymous (2005-01-22)
