This hostel is not what it says it is. There is no a/c, the dorms are cramped and dirty, there is no water or coffee, juice bar, breakfast or laundry. The new management has never run a hostel before and it shows. No one seems to know what's going on. I moved elsewhere after two awful days. — Juanita Montoya (2006-11-03)
